Xactimate provides zip code specific pricing in the US and Canada, updated monthly. Making your bid without knowing the Xactimate pricing is not advisable.
If you already have an adjuster’s estimate (written in Xactimate or another program), that’s a good start. It usually contains a lot of the information that will be needed. We will schedule a site visit and do a very thorough walk through of the property and document the damage. We will do floorplan drawings and take numerous pictures. From there we will either build a new estimate or add to the existing adjusters estimate.
