WHOLE HOME REMODEL IN HURRICANE
100 YEAR OLD HOME
What is better than a 100-year-old Craftsman style house? Watching the progress of it getting a new facelift of course. This home was built in 1920, so it seemed to be a fitting year for the new look exactly one hundred years later. This Remodeling & Restoration project included new exterior siding, windows, doors, plumbing, wiring, heating/cooling, kitchen, baths, flooring, trim, paint, and everything in between. To say that this project turned out amazing is an understatement. The color scheme chosen for the exterior makes this home feel warm and inviting. We are very proud of our ending results! Here we show a Whole Home Remodel for your neighbors in Hurricane.

UPDATED EXTERIOR – FRONT OF HOME
First we begin by showing you what the dated Craftsman Style home looked like upon our arrival. We show us working on the project along with safety in mind. And we end with an image on top with the green vinyl siding for a warm unique finish as well as the last image in this section for a great summer porch with inviting red decking.
UPDATED EXTERIOR – BACK OF HOME
There is a great Porch for Summer BBQ's. While part of this larger project, our company specializes in many outdoor living remodeling options too. Originally this was a closed in back porch.
UPDATED INTERIOR – DETACHED GARAGE
There is tall angled ceilings with an open floor plan. And as part of the Bathroom Remodeling portion of the project you will notice Gray tile tub surround with dark finish vanity.
UPDATED INTERIOR OF MAIN LEVEL OF HOME
As part of the Kitchen Remodeling portion of the project, you will notice the new Stainless Steel Appliances, a Deep single bowl undermounted sink, and Shaker style white cabinets and granite countertop. There is an open floor plan into the Dining Area. The Master Bedroom has a front porch view. The master bathroom has a beautiful dark finish vanity and modern tile shower. The stair case has a wood and metal balustrade with soft carpet stair treads leading to the second floor.
The owners now are able to be so excited to enter their 100-year-old house?
