A water leak from my roof, during a major storm, damaged my drywall and ceiling in my master bedroom. First Response Restoration came faster than the other companies, found my leak, repaired the drywall-painted and cleaned the carpet. Their roof expert found the leak when no one else could. My refrigerator leaked throughout the kitchen and the downstairs ceiling collapsed all over the place. Someone recommended First Response Restoration. Brian arrived an hour after I called, cleaned everything up and set equipment to dry everything out. Barb came over the next day and did an estimate for my ceiling replacement. Once everything was dry, they came back and remodeled the downstairs. My insurance adjuster told me this was one of the smoothest claims that she had ever processed. My husband and I initially came in contact with First Response after a windstorm damaged our first home.
