Brian arrived an hour after I called, cleaned everything up and set equipment to dry everything out. Barb came over the next day and did an estimate for my ceiling replacement. Once everything was dry, they came back and remodeled the downstairs. My insurance adjuster told me this was one of the smoothest claims that she had ever processed. I was very pleased with the overall outcome and highly recommend First Response Restoration to others! Thank you !

The many years of experience that John and Steve brought to the table, and the great attention to detail, ensured us that nothing would be missed. They helped us(at a much needed time) navigate through the complicated & extensive claims process... we are very thankful for that to say the least. The quality of work was exceptional(10/10)! All of the personnel working in our home on a daily basis were very professional, quick to answer questions, and address any concerns along the way. The final product... AMAZING! We are now back in our beautiful home thanks to everyone at FIRST RESPONSE!!!!!

They just completed a huge project at our new home, installing custom-sized windows and an enormous sliding door, along with a range of exterior repair.
