Water Damage Restoration

A tree fell on our house causing roof damage through to the inside ceiling. First Response answered our call within minutes, contacted our insurance agent, and literally took over coordination of the restoration effort. They completed roof structural repairs, installed new shingles, and repaired interior ceiling damage. First Response has skilled professionals who work professionally and efficiently inside and out.

A water leak from my roof, during a major storm, damaged my drywall and ceiling in my master bedroom. First Response Restoration came faster than the other companies, found my leak, repaired the drywall-painted and cleaned the carpet. Their roof expert found the leak when no one else could. They also stayed in constant contact till the job was completed. Best workers I've had in years! Very nice people-

My refrigerator leaked throughout the kitchen and the downstairs ceiling collapsed all over the place. Someone recommended First Response Restoration. Brian arrived an hour after I called, cleaned everything up and set equipment to dry everything out. Barb came over the next day and did an estimate for my ceiling replacement. Once everything was dry, they came back and remodeled the downstairs. My insurance adjuster told me this was one of the smoothest claims that she had ever processed. First Response was prompt to get me the perfect group to complete the chimney repair, worked with me during the other group's work completion, then scheduled out my roof repair to be completed before the dreary season. My husband and I initially came in contact with First Response after a windstorm damaged our first home. We were so happy with the quality of workmanship and level of customer service that we asked them to stay and do additional work! Now, they are the first company we call. They just completed a huge project at our new home, installing custom-sized windows and an enormous sliding door, along with a range of exterior repair. We used them for storm repair on the outside of our house after a trampoline hit in a wind storm and they did amazing job on the house.
