Can First Response Restoration do the clean-up AND the repairs?

Yes. First Response Restoration is a fully licensed and insured general contractor as well as a Certified IICRC restoration/mitigation claims.

Do I have to handle my insurance claim all by myself; I don't really understand my homeowners insurance policy?

No. First Response Restoration can work with virtually all insurance companies and has numerous years of experience dealing with insurance companies. We are familiar with many of the issues that most often trips up the average homeowner – we can help!

Do you work for the insurance company?

No. First Response Restoration works for you. We are hired by you and thus work for you. Our relationship with any insurance company is only a work WITH capacity – not work FOR capacity.

Can I use First Response Restoration to make changes beyond what my insurance company is allowing in my insurance claim?

Yes. First Response Restoration is a fully licensed and insured contractor capable of doing home modifications, alterations, upgrades, that may go above and beyond the scope of your insurance claim.

Can First Response Restoration build me a new room addition or remodel my kitchen - not related to any insurance claim?

Yes. First Response Restoration is a fully licensed and insured general contractor capable of remodels as well as new builds!

A water leak from my roof, during a major storm, damaged my drywall and ceiling in my master bedroom. First Response Restoration came faster than the other companies, found my leak, repaired the drywall-painted and cleaned the carpet. Their roof expert found the leak when no one else could. My refrigerator leaked throughout the kitchen and the downstairs ceiling collapsed all over the place. Someone recommended First Response Restoration. Brian arrived an hour after I called, cleaned everything up and set equipment to dry everything out. Barb came over the next day and did an estimate for my ceiling replacement. Once everything was dry, they came back and remodeled the downstairs. My insurance adjuster told me this was one of the smoothest claims that she had ever processed. It's tough these days finding a good contractor to work on one of your most prized possessions, your home. Especially one who does quality work and takes pride in doing so. After our home took a significant amount of damage from fire and water, we had no clue where to even begin. We got recommended to First Response the following day and we are so glad that we did!!!
